This policy describes how Flux Capital ("we", "us") handles information on the public website at https://www.fluxcapital.com. It applies to visitors and founders who interact with our marketing pages and application flow. It does not cover portfolio companies or third-party sites we link to.

Information we collect

Application submissions. When you apply via our application form, we collect company details, founder contact information, pitch materials, and any narrative text you provide. We store this securely and use it solely to evaluate investment fit and communicate with you about your company.

Analytics. Public pages may use privacy-oriented analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. In production we may also load marketing analytics scripts configured for our domain. These tools help us measure site performance, not to sell personal data.

Authenticated tools. Flux Capital team members who sign in to internal Navigator tools use separate authentication (Supabase) and session cookies. Those applications are not indexed by search engines and are governed by internal access controls.

How we use information

We use application and contact information to review companies, conduct diligence, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal information. We may retain application materials for a reasonable period to evaluate fit and maintain records of our process.
