About
Flux Capital backs technical founders before consensus forms
Flux Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm investing from pre-seed through Series A. We deploy $250K–$5M into AI, robotics, hard tech, advanced manufacturing, and fintech— categories where technical depth, industrial execution, and financial infrastructure reshape the real economy over multi-decade horizons. We can lead or follow rounds and are often the first institutional check.
Managing Partner Ari Stiegler founded Flux after building and exiting TutorMe (acquired by Zovio, then GoGuardian) and leading Prism and WorkHQ. Before launching the fund, he oversaw the North American portfolio of a multi-billion-dollar family office, deploying $150M across asset classes. The team operates from Los Angeles and San Francisco.
We value ambition over theater. A clear note, a sharp deck, and evidence of real pull are enough to start a conversation. Learn more about the team, explore our portfolio, or apply for funding.
